DISN UK Group introduces 2024 Roadshow
DISN UK Group announce the first dates for their inaugural roadshow, promising an educational and informative diabetes event for healthcare professionals.
Bringing diabetes inpatient specialist nurses to you, DISN UK Group have launched a series of regional events for healthcare professionals to share ideas and insights, discuss best practice and access support around issues affecting diabetes inpatient care.
Andrea Lake, Chair of the DISN UK Group said: "We are delighted to announce the first dates for the DISN 2024 Roadshow.
“Key topics to be addressed during the roadshow include enteral feeding, advancements in SGLT2 inhibitors, and insights into the Diabetes Care Accreditation Programme – ensuring healthcare professionals stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in diabetes management.”
The first dates for the DISN 2024 Roadshow are as follows:
Newmarket: September 10, 2024
Southampton: September 17, 2024
Additional events are scheduled to take place in London and Manchester in September, with further details to be announced in due course.
Paula Johnston, Vice-chair of the DISN UK Group, said: “We are excited to host the first DISN roadshows across England.
“Each event will begin with lunch and provide plenty of opportunities for networking as well as talks focused on diabetes inpatient care. The afternoon sessions are free to attend, however places are limited so early booking is advised.”
